Sales of restricted articles are regulated by local, State and Federal law, or by Brigade's company policy which is intended to protect the public, Military and Public Safety professionals that we rely on to keep our Homeland safe and secure.

To process your order, we must have your prior authorization on file, or you must submit legal authorization for ordering Restricted Articles. We will NOT process or ship ANY order until proper authorization is received. We allow 10 business days from the order date to receive documentation or your order for the Restricted Article *RA* is cancelled without action.
Brigade Quartermasters, Ltd. follows guidelines outlined in the Federal Codes, which prohibits us from shipping Automatic knives to anyone other than Active Duty Military, authorized Law Enforcement and Emergency Services personnel. To Qualify you must Register and submit your active duty photo ID via Fax, U.S. Mail, or Scanned Email (PDF) Attachment. We will not make any exceptions. FFL, Concealed Carry Permit and State issued driver's license are not acceptable proof of official status. Some of our products may contain components
that cause them to be classified as Hazardous Materials
(HAZMAT).
Look for *HM* symbol. These products are shippable to
continental U.S.A. addresses by ground transportation
only – FedEx Ground, UPS or US Mail Parcel Post
(certain products may be restricted from one or more
carriers due to internal regulations that may apply).
HAZMAT cannot ship by AIR, FedEx Express Saver, Air Express
routing under any circumstances.
APO/FPO orders are prohibited from receiving HAZMAT
Items.
Strict compliance with DOT regulations is a requirement
and an important safeguard for the public and air passenger
carriers. U.S. laws, the DOT, FAA and air carrier regulations
control all aspects of HAZMAT shipping. APO/FPO and ALL
PRIORITY MAIL ORDERS CAN NOT CONTAIN HAZMAT Materials.
Orders that include these items will be modified by deleting
the prohibited item, or canceling the entire order. A
refund will be sent or credited to your account for cancelled

nightly updates, giving you the choice to buy now, place a reservation
order or purchase later. We make every attempt to have all items
in stock, however, if we are out of stock on an item ordered,
we will hold (back-order) this item for Surface Best Way shipment
as soon as the merchandise arrives. We regret that we are not
able to back-order an item that sells for less than $10.00.
If a lengthy delay occurs, usually beyond 30 days, we will cancel
your order (unless otherwise requested) and issue a refund for

Provide a brief explanation and how you would like

US Postal Service Parcel Post. Items with defects in
the material or workmanship will be repaired or replaced
at our option. For your protection, please insure the

Some
products we sell are covered by a manufacturer's warranty
that specifically requires the item to be sent directly
to the manufacturer for replacement or repair. If sent to
Brigade, we will forward it to the manufacturer for their
inspection and they alone will make final disposition on
repair or replacement. Please note the special conditions
sent with your order regarding footwear and watches.
Be
Sure it's Right Before You Use it! By law, sleeping
bags and undergarments that have been worn or used cannot
be returned for credit or exchange. We will make repairs
when possible and return the item to you; however, DO
NOT send clothing, equipment or footwear that is soiled.
We will not accept your merchandise and it is automatically
returned to you. Food and water items are not accepted
for return.
Returns
After 30 Days - In the event you wish to return an
item after our 30 day No Questions Asked period, you

making the return. Return Authorization may be provided
by Customer Service for valid reasons; however, the item(s)
must be in new condition as shipped with all original
product packaging. Items that require refurbishing are
charged a minimum of 15% Restocking Fee, if accepted for
return.

the package was damaged in shipment, is a perishable item,
or was drop shipped directly from the manufacturer, please

Damaged
Parcel or Evidence of Theft
If your parcel
was damaged or pilfered in transit, please retain the carton
and contents intact as your received it. Call the delivering
carrier for handling instructions and then immediately call

for further instructions. We will work on your behalf to
file a claim and see that you get a prompt resolution.
Footwear
Purchase Policies
We want you
to be totally satisfied with your footwear purchase. To
insure your complete comfort and proper fit, we suggest
you do the following:
- Be
positive that the fit is correct for you. Try your
footwear on indoors and wear them for several hours,
preferably on a clean and carpeted surface. Let your
feet adjust to the boot. If they feel uncomfortable
- too tight, too loose, awkward or just plain wrong-
send them back WITHIN 30 DAYS for replacement,
exchange or credit. Good footwear should be comfortable
when it is first put on your feet. A break-in only makes
footwear more comfortable; it will not solve an incorrect
fit from the start.
- IMPORTANT:
DO NOT wear new footwear outside unless you are completely
satisfied with the fit. Soiled or damaged footwear is
not accepted for replacement or refund.

All footwear
is guaranteed by the manufacturer to be free from defects
in materials and workmanship. In the event you experience
a problem, please contact us for further information. Manufacturers
require us to send all boot & shoe returns to their factories
for an evaluation by their Quality Assurance personnel.
We will repair, replace or make an adjustment according
to their instructions and decision. Of course, normal wear
and tear is excluded. Any abusive use, product modification
or tampering nullifies all warranties. A full policy statement

Under 12 Pounds - Regular shipping charges for Best
Way Surface Delivery cover shipping costs and insurance
for U.S. Postal Service (USPS) Parcel Post and United Parcel
Service (UPS) or other comparable ground services on shipments
up to 12 pounds to USA ZIP Codes. We must have a
complete street address (no P.O. Boxes) and phone number
for all UPS and FedEx shipments. APO & FPO addresses
must use United States Postal Service (USPS) only and they
CAN NOT receive any *HM* Hazardous Materials.
Shipments Over 12 Pounds - Additional fees
are charged depending on the selected delivery method.
We charge $.50 per pound for each pound over the 12 pound
limit on Surface Delivery Orders.
*HM* Hazardous Material products must be sent by
Ground Services with in the continental U.S.A. only with
carriers who accept these materials.
Express
Services - Rush Delivery
Express Delivery Services are available
to most continental U.S. street addresses. We must have
a telephone contact number with your order. (Sorry, No
P.O. Box addresses). Service options include- 1-3 Day FedEx
Express Saver, 2nd Business Day Definite, Next Business
Afternoon Definite, Airmail / Priority Mail via UPS, FedEx,
Airborne an US Mail. These services are at extra cost.
We Do Not ship Internet orders by Next
Day shipping.
We require you to call our Customer Service Department
on any 2nd Day or Overnight Express Order! 800-228-7344
or 770-428-1234, Fax 800-892-2999 (770-426-7726).
Please do not request overnight service on our web
site, as we can not comply with these requests due
to processing delays. There are additional costs
for special handling requests. You must call us to
order. Please note that Express Definite Delivery
Days apply after the order as been given to the delivering
carrier and refers to business days. Weekends are
not business days. An order placed on Friday morning
would not be shipped before the following Monday,
then the additional days for delivery to you.
Normal Express Rates apply on typical packages weighing
12 pounds or less. Orders weighing over 12 pounds
are charged additional fees based on the service type
and
actual or dimensional weight of the shipment. We add
these per pound charges for each pound over the 12-pound
limit. The charges for extra heavy or bulky, but light
in actual weight items are excessive. We will not ship
these items by Expedited Air Services without your approval
of the additional charges. We will notify you by telephone
or E-mail of any additional charges that you may have
to pay before we ship.
Saturday deliveries cost an additional $10.00. All Hawaiian
and Alaskan addresses cost an additional $10.00 for delivery
on weekdays.
