Secure Ordering Process
Using technology provided e-business software, in addition to special
security features built into popular browser software, the Action
Gear® site provides you with advanced online security. Any credit
card information you enter on our site is heavily encrypted by industry-standard
protocol, SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). We use SSL to communicate
with secure browsers like Netscape and Internet Explorer. These
browsers encrypt your credit card and personal information in a
way that makes it extremely difficult for anyone to decode. Don't
worry if your browser is secure or not - if it is insecure, you
will not be able to purchase on our online store.
Once you have completed your order online, our security procedures
do not end. The moment you press "Submit" to send you order, the
encrypted information is kept inaccessible and sent directly to
our order processing team. Our internal order processing system
is not connected to the Internet, so no one can gain access to your
information.
Ways to tell when you are in a secure section: In all browsers,
look for the "http" in the URL to change to "https." The added "s"
represents that you have entered a secure area. The entire ordering
process on Brigade's online store, from when you decide to checkout
until your order is confirmed, is conducted on a secure server.

Certification Requirements
Many of our products are considered dangerous and are restricted
from ownership by virtue of your age, Federal Law, State Law and
local ordinances. We DO NOT SELL Restricted Articles online to minors
under the age of 18 and in some cases, persons under the age of
21. All Restricted Articles shipments are sent to an Adult over
the age of 21 who must sign for the package upon delivery. No order
is processed or accepted until our Disclaimer is read and acknowledged
by typing YES in the required block.
All customers are cautioned to consult with their local Public Safety
authorities regarding possession, ownership and use of blowguns,
darts, paintball guns, BB guns and supplies, pellet firing guns,
fixed and folding blade knives, defensive batons, canes, sword canes
or concealed daggers, tear gas of any type, stun guns (electric
shocking devices), concealed weapons, and other potentially dangerous
articles shown. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO COMPLY WITH THE LAW.
Offers of merchandise prohibited by law are void. Contact our Customer

in the catalog according to federal, state or local laws. As a dealer,
Brigade Quartermasters does not grant the legal right or authorize
the purchase or possession of items that may be regulated in your
state or municipality. These items include, but are not limited
to, machetes, replica or blank firing guns, slingshots, air guns,
bows, crossbows, knives, swords, electronic stun guns, chemical
or personal defense sprays (tear gas), or other restricted / prohibited
items. A person placing an order warrants that he or she is an adult

Ordering Online
Ordering Action Gear® is simple with our easy-to-use and secure
shopping cart system. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS,
DISCOVER/NOVUS, JCB and U.S. Government I.M.P.A.C./SmartPay
credit cards. By law, we will add state sales tax automatically
where required.
Order Processing and Shipment Time
If you place your order Friday, Saturday, Sunday or holidays, we
will process it in our system the first business day of the following
week. During the business week, we process Internet orders every
morning and again at 12:00 Noon Eastern Time zone, Monday - Friday.
Orders placed on the Website after 12:01 P.M. are processed the
following business day. We usually ship available stock shipped
within 24 hours after order processing using the shipping method
you indicated. Items that were not in stock are automatically backordered
and shipped at a later date with no additional charges for freight.
If your order requires special expedited delivery - Third Day, Second
Day, Overnight - you should verify the details with our T.S.R.'s
by calling toll free - 800-787-4327.
Backorders
We provide stock availability status flags for each item with nightly
updates, giving you the choice to buy now, place a reservation order
or purchase later. We make every attempt to have all items in stock,
however, if we are out of stock on an item ordered, we will hold
(back-order) this item for Surface Best Way shipment as soon as
the merchandise arrives. We regret that we are not able to back-order
an item that sells for less than $10.00. If a lengthy delay occurs,
usually beyond 30 days, we will cancel your order (unless otherwise requested)
and issue a refund for prepayments. Charge Card orders are never charged until
the item is shipped. We comply with FTC regulations and proper notification
of status is provided as required. Of course, you may cancel your order, modify
or change a backorder any time before it is shipped. We will send you a refund

Finding the Gear
- Search Field
"by Keyword" - simply type in a short description, brand
name, or interest category, then click "GO". Selections meeting
the criteria are displayed. The tighter the descriptive criteria,
the closer you'll come to finding your item. For example, just
typing "boots" will return over 100 items; typing "tactical boots"
returns 20 items and "Magnum Boots" returns only 9 selections.
"by Item No." - if you know a Brigade item number, type
in part or all of a BQM item number, use the drop-down window
to select by Item No., click "GO". Items similar to this part
number are selected.
- SHOP Departments
Zero in on specific products through our Shop Category Listings.
Each category will have sub-sections with groups of related items.
Just click on the item or group that interests you.
All items are displayed with a "thumbnail" picture and brief description.
For complete information, larger pictures, available colors and
sizes, just click the picture or item name.
Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart
After you find that product you want to order, you may begin filling
your Shopping Cart. Simply insert the quantity desired and
click the "ADD" button. If the item you select has color
or size options; a complete item listing is displayed for you to
make your choice. After clicking "Add", the quantity is added
to your cart. If you want to view your order, change quantities
or cancel an item, click on the "View Cart" icon. This shows
your personal cart, what you've ordered and the running total, including
freight charges. You can make any changes you like at this time.
Checkout & Viewing Your Cart
Carefully review your selections and make sure that everything is
correct. The Online Order Form requires your home address, mailing/delivery
address, and email address. Reading and acknowledging our Disclaimer
regarding purchase of Restricted Articles and Certification of your
Age is required. You can not place your order without typing "YES"
in the block. As you continue the Check Out process, you are asked
to select a payment method and to review your final order. Unless
otherwise modified by you, we will charge for Best Way Surface Shipping
(BGR). If you would like to upgrade your shipment to an Express
Service method, please click "Shipping" and make your selection.
Continue through the Check Out process.
After submitting your order, please be patient. Don't double click,
it can take a minute or so for the secure server to receive your
data and acknowledge the order. After completing the order process,
you will receive an email confirmation with your order number and
order details.
With the exception of certain drop-ship and custom merchandise orders,
your card is not charged for purchases until we actually ship your
order. We do obtain credit card authorization numbers for every
transaction within 1 to 2 business days of shipping your order.

Returns and Exchanges Policy Our goal and commitment is your 100%

Returns
in 30 Days
- If you do find it necessary to return an item to us, fill out the
return form on the back of the Packing List included with your
order. Provide a brief explanation and how you would like the
problem settled. Use the return shipping label provided and send all
of the components and original product packaging in a secure
box by UPS ground or US Postal Service Parcel Post. Items with
defects in the material or workmanship will be repaired or replaced
at our option. For your protection, please insure the package for

Some products we sell are covered by a
manufacturer's warranty that specifically requires the item to be
sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair. If sent
to Brigade, we will forward it to the manufacturer for their
inspection and they alone will make final disposition on repair or
replacement. Please note the special conditions sent with your order
regarding footwear and watches.
Be Sure it's Right Before You Use
it! By law, sleeping bags and
undergarments that have been worn or used cannot be returned for
credit or exchange. We will make repairs when possible and return
the item to you; however, DO NOT send clothing, equipment or
footwear that is soiled. We will not accept your merchandise and it
is automatically returned to you. Food and water items are not
accepted for return.
Returns After 30 Days - In the event you wish to return an item
after our 30 day No Questions Asked period, you must call our Customer
Service Department 1-800-787-4327 or contact us by email MilComHelp@BrigadeQm.com
before making the return. Return Authorization may be
provided by Customer Service for valid reasons; however, the item(s)
must be in new condition as shipped with all original product
packaging. Items that require refurbishing are charged a minimum of
15% Restocking Fee, if accepted for return.
If the package
was damaged in shipment, is a perishable item, or was drop shipped
directly from the manufacturer, please call Customer Service at 1-800-787-4327 or contact

before disposing of the packaging or making a return
shipment. We will assist you in making a claim with the
carrier
Footwear Material and Workmanship Warranty
All footwear is guaranteed by the manufacturer to be free from defects
in materials and workmanship. In the event you experience a problem,
please contact us for further information. Manufacturers require
us to send all boot & shoe returns to their factories for an evaluation
by their Quality Assurance personnel. We will repair, replace or
make an adjustment according to their instructions and decision.
Of course, normal tear and any abusive wear is excluded in all warranties.
A full policy statement is included with your purchase.
Hazardous Material Restrictions
*HM*
We have identified our products that contain or are made of Hazardous
Materials. Look for *HM* symbol. These products are shippable to
continental U.S.A. addresses by ordinary ground transportation only
- UPS or US Mail Parcel Post (certain other restrictions may apply).
We can not ship by AIR routing under any circumstance.
Absolutely all International Mail shipments, APO/FPO and all international
orders are prohibited from receiving Hazardous Materials by any
carrier. Orders will be refused, returned or have the prohibited
item cancelled and refunded as necessary. We regret the inconvenience,
but we must strictly comply with U.S. laws, FAA and air carrier
regulations.

Shipments Under 12 Pounds - Regular shipping charges for Best Way Surface Delivery cover shipping costs and insurance for U.S. Postal Service (USPS) Parcel Post and United Parcel Service (UPS) or other comparable ground services on shipments up to 12 pounds to USA ZIP Codes. We must have a complete street address (no P.O. Boxes) and phone number for all UPS and FedEx shipments. APO & FPO addresses must use United States Postal Service (USPS) only and they CAN NOT receive any *HM* Hazardous Materials
Shipments Over 12 Pounds - Additional fees are charged depending on the selected delivery method. We charge $.50 per pound for each pound over the 12 pound limit on Surface Delivery Orders.
*HM* Hazardous Material products must be sent by Ground Services with in the continental U.S.A. only with carriers who accept these materials.
Express Services - Rush Delivery
Express Delivery Services are available to most continental U.S. street addresses. We must have a telephone contact number with your order. (Sorry, No P.O. Box addresses). Service options include- 3 Day Select Service, 2nd Day, Airmail/ Priority Mail and Next Day via UPS or Federal Express. These services are at extra cost. Please note that Express Delivery Days apply after the order as been given to the delivering carrier and refers to business days. Weekends are not business days. An order placed on Friday morning would not be shipped before the following Monday, then the additional days for delivery to you.
Normal Express Rates apply on typical packages weighing 12 pounds or less. Orders weighing over 12 pounds are charged additional fees based on the service type and actual or dimensional weight of the shipment. We add these per pound charges for each pound over the 12-pound limit. The charges for extra heavy or bulky, but light in actual weight items are excessive. We will not ship these items by Expedited Air Services without your approval of the additional charges. We will notify you by telephone or E-mail of any additional charges that you may have to pay before we ship.
Saturday deliveries cost an additional $10.00. All Hawaiian and
Alaskan addresses cost an additional $10.00 for delivery on weekdays.

International Shipping Information
and Policies
We ship to all countries of
the world, except for areas where trading embargoes are established
by Federal law. Customers are always advised to be absolutely certain
of your import regulations and restrictions when ordering our products.
Due to the characteristics and regulatory controls on some of our
products, we cannot export controlled items. We CAN NOT SHIP or
export under any circumstances Hazardous Materials and Dangerous
Goods. Orders for these items are canceled if received. You
are fully responsible for complying with all of your local import
regulations. We are required to observe and follow all U.S. Export
Regulations and Laws.
Customs Duties, Import Licenses, Taxes
You are responsible for Import Licenses, Customs-assessed import
duties, all local taxes, and in-country delivery fees (if any).
We assume no responsibility for these additional charges and caution
you that they may be much higher than you expect.
Packages seized by Customs for your failure to follow local import
regulations are not refunded or credited. You, the customer, are
solely responsible for all compliance with your country's regulations.
Packages that are left unclaimed and forfeited to Customs or the
carrier are charged to your account in all cases. We will not issue
credit for these occurrences.
Payment for International Orders
We require your use of one of these accepted credit cards: American
Express, MasterCard, Visa, JCB or Discover/Novus. The handling bank
automatically calculates exchange rates. If you wish to mail your
order, we require payment in full. We prefer the use the above credit
cards, but we are pleased to accept US dollars only by international
money order, bank check payable in the USA or wire transfer.

Freight
Charges for All International & Canada Orders
We
use merchandise weight to determine an approximate
shipping charge for your order. Our Shopping Cart system
automatically calculates and adds an approximate
rate; however, we will confirm or correct incorrect
estimates on any order upon processing. You will receive
notification before we continue with your order to
approve the corrected charges.

Pants
Waist - Measure over shirt at height you will wear the trousers.
Inseam - Lay a pair of favorite trousers flat. Measure them crotch
to cuff. Regular lengths are 32". Longs are 34-1/2".
Shirts, Sweaters, & Coats
Measure a favorite shirt collar from far end of button hole to button.
Chest
Sizes for Coats & Jackets
Measure over shirt just under the arms. Women around the Bust
Line. Use chart to determine size. |

Your Size for BDU Coats, Trousers, and BDU-Tac & L.A.W.

Battle
Dress Uniforms are designed to accommodate a range of measurements
for ease of fitting and comfort. The chart below is used
by the U.S. Army to properly size BDUs. To convert from
known inch sizes, or, to determine your letter size, do
the following:
- Coats:
Measure your chest size in inches over your shirt just
under the armpits. Women measure around the bust line.
- Trousers:
Waist size is measured above the hips, and below the navel.
Inseam is measured from crotch to hem.
- Shirts:
Measure neck slightly above the shoulders with tape held
loosely.
The
chart converts inches to a corresponding letter, S-XXXL
size.
