If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for your friend's name and email address. On the BMail™ registration form, Professional Programs registration form, and the Catalog Request area of our website, the individual is opting in to receive individually tailored emails giving information about new offers available on product promotions, new features, and website updates. If an individual has provided BQM with an email address through other channels (catalog orders or other communications with BQM), we will send out a one-time invitation to join our BMail™ broadcast service. BQM’s BMail™ Service is managed by a third party vendor. Any personal information (name, age, gender, ZIP code, and email address) transmitted to the third party vendor is owned by BQM. Log Files: This site automatically logs files such as IP address, browser type, domain names, and access times for purposes of research and analysis. We do not share this information with third parties. These log files are not tied to personally identifiable information such as name and address.

Third Party Vendors: Some information gathered is shared with outside parties for the sole purpose of processing your order and is not retained by the vendor. Examples of these intermediary third party vendors include shippers (i.e. UPS), Credit Card companies, our bank, and our Mail Call™ service provider.

Cookies: By keeping your account information (except credit card data) on file with us, you can make future purchases without needing to fill in your billing and shipping information each time you place an order. You can also retrieve shopping cart information from a previous visit. To enable this feature, click the “Identify” button on the online order form after completing the billing and shipping information and we will place a cookie on your computer. A cookie is nothing more than a small amount of information about you that is stored on the computer’s hard disk. Your account is activated when you supply an email address and password, which we use to protect your account from abuse by others. You may still make purchases without an account by leaving the password blank. You will not be able to access previously stored information. These vendors provide a service to Brigade Quartermasters that does not entitle the third party vendor any rights to use the data for purposes other than to deliver marketing/service and or ordered products to the customer. There are some support functions on the site provided by third party service providers. These functions are located in the "FAQ" tab and on the "Affiliate Program" tab on the site. Please note that when accessing these areas of the Site, the user will be brought to a third party service provider's sites that performs the asked function. Supplementation of Information
In order for this Web site to properly fulfill its obligation to users it is necessary for us to supplement the information we receive with information from 3rd party sources.
